  • Christopher is a seasoned infrastructure executive providing a unique mix of private sector, public sector and energy industry expertise. With more than 30 years experience, including over 20 years in the NSW infrastructure market, Christopher has a significant track record developing NSW’s largest infrastructure projects. As an experienced project director on major infrastructure programs, including Project EnergyConnect and WestConnex Stage 2 (M8), he has a proven record of establishing and leading high performance teams. Christopher is adept at moving projects forward in complex stakeholder environments at the boundary of the public and private sectors.

Narita Nagin, Principal

  • Narita is a senior professional with experience in developing business strategies and driving implementation of solutions to improve performance. With 15 years experience in a range of roles in the private and public sectors, Narita has a demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve results. Narita is a motivated strategic thinker with the drive and experience to move projects forward, including in complex stakeholder environments. Narita has extensive experience in major projects and organisations in NSW, having recently held senior roles at the Energy Corporation of NSW and Sydney Airport.

Kurt Wagner, Principal

TRANSACTION ADVISORY

  • Kurt is a highly experienced senior transaction, design and project director with more than 40 years of experience successfully delivering major projects across transport, major infrastructure, power and transmission, defence, corrections, health, education, and international events. He has extensive experience in hard dollar D&C, EPC, Target Cost and PPP delivery/ procurement models. Kurt has held senior management for both public and private sector clients on numerous major projects and programs in Australia and overseas. He possesses a deep understanding, knowledge base and skill set that is readily adaptable and easily applied across all phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Cara is an adaptable senior manager with substantial experience navigating complex and sensitive political environments. Cara has particular expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement for local and state government projects, having worked on major infrastructure programs such as the Western Harbour Tunnel and Warringah Freeway Upgrade and the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone. Cara’s business and project management acumen gives her a significant edge in the delivery of communication and engagement services for infrastructure projects.

  • Peter is highly experienced in network development, augmentation and operation with 30 years of experience successfully developing and operating electrical transmission and distribution, gas distribution and water networks across Australia. He has extensive experience in network development and operation under D&C, EPC, target cost and alliance delivery/procurement models from both a client and contractor perspective. Having held senior management roles developing and managing networks since 2011, Peter understands the critical importance of working with strict commercial compliance, governance, procedures and protocols.

  • Emily is an ambitious, dynamic and passionate leader with a proven record of achievement across a range of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. With an education in Engineering Science from Oxford University, early leadership development commanding British soldiers in Afghanistan and recent technical delivery experience within world recognised projects, Emily has consistently proven her ability to deliver success in the most challenging environments.

Steve Messenger, Principal

  • Steve has over 30 years of experience on all aspects of the design, construction, operation, maintenance and regulation of major transport infrastructure projects throughout Australia. His recent roles include multiple stages of the WestConnex tunnel projects including commissioning, construction, design and project development on both the private sector and government sides of delivery.

Rob Pfitzner, Principal

  • Rob has more than 25 years’ experience as a senior commercial leader and lawyer on major infrastructure projects. His experience covers the full project lifecycle, including front end commercial and financial structuring and delivery strategies, complex procurement and negotiation, award, construction delivery and disputes and into operations. Rob’s project experience includes Sydney Metro West, City & Southwest Metro and NorthConnex in NSW, Singapore Sports Hub, and Canning Town Redevelopment and Islington Building Schools for the Future in London.

Cleo Andrews, Principal

  • Cleo has worked for over a decade as a communication professional in the major infrastructure sector. She is highly capable across all areas of communication and engagement, with particular expertise in strategic communication, community consultation and media and issues management. Cleo’s major infrastructure experience spans a range of high profile and politically sensitive projects in NSW, including the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, the Western Harbour Tunnel and Warringah Freeway, the Pacific Highway Upgrade and WestConnex.

Matt Miller, Senior Manager

  • Matt is a communication and engagement professional with more than 12 years of experience across various industries. He has substantial experience delivering community and stakeholder engagement for major infrastructure projects, including the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone and the Pacific Highway Upgrade. Matt has also led teams of media and communication professionals to deliver media, issues management and strategic communication advice for the NSW Government’s Regional Disaster Recovery and Special Activation Precinct programs. Matt is experienced at engaging a wide range of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for projects and communities.

  • Claire is a highly experienced chartered accountant, business advisor and project controls professional with experience working for the Reserve Bank of Australia as well as a wide range of corporate clients. Claire has experience managing systems and financial outputs across all phases of the capital project lifecycle. Claire is a confident communicator with proven ability to develop effective stakeholder relationships at all management levels. She possesses a clear corporate improvement vision, analytical rigour and a drive to consistently deliver results.

Lachlan Roseman, Senior Analyst

  • Lachlan combines a strong work ethic, a comprehensive commercial understanding and a passion for major greenfield projects. Lachlan has a background in financial analysis, transactions and strategy for clients in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
